Inspire Newsletter offers subscription-based services that provide daily inspirational stories delivered to your email inbox.

• Monthly Plan: $1.75 per month, billed monthly (includes 15-day free trial)
• Annual Plan: $12 per year (equivalent to $1 per month), billed annually (includes 15-day free trial)

2.2 Payment

All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. By subscribing to our Service, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your chosen payment method.

2.3 Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by you. Monthly subscriptions renew every month, and annual subscriptions renew every year.

2.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.

2.5 Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our customer support with details of your situation.

3. User Content

Our Service allows users to submit stories and other content ("User Content") for potential publication in our newsletter.

3.1 Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media formats.

3.2 Content Guidelines

User Content must not:

• Contain false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Contain hateful, discriminatory, or harassing content
• Promote illegal activities or contain explicit or violent material
• Include personal contact information or sensitive personal data

3.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, and reject any User Content at our sole discretion. We may edit submitted stories for clarity, length, grammar, and alignment with our community values.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Inspire Newsletter and its licensors.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Inspire Newsletter.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service

• Your use and access of the Service

• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party
